The “How” of These 5 Things is the Process Blueprint for Success
Knowing “what” without knowing “how” is frustrating. When it comes to the process of pursuing a difficult goal, the “how” is infinitely more important that the “what”. Obviously the specific “how” for nearly every goal is different, but there are 5 generalities that are the same depending on how difficult the goal is.
- How much earlier you must wake up
- How many hours a day you must invest
- How many sacrifices you must make
- How much coaching you need
- How often do you need to plan and strategize
If your goal is relatively easy, then these numbers are relatively small. As the difficulty of your goal increases, so will the size of these numbers. I call the calculation of these numbers defining your grind.
