Two Questions to Face Failure Head On

Two Questions to Face Failure Head On

It’s common to sugar coat failure. It feels much better to excuse failure as something else than to face it head on. However, I believe the only way to use failure as a stepping stone to success is to face the reality of your failure head on with two questions.

  1. Did you under utilize your strengths? If you gave your absolute best effort and still failed, you are likely not utilizing your strengths to the best of your ability.
  2. Did you lack passion? If you fail because you didn’t give your best effort, it’s likely that you lack passion.

In order to face failure head on, you must face the reality of 1 of these 2 scenarios.
