The purpose of the mental skills coaching program for individuals is to help you get on the path to achieve a vision with purpose and passion. I will guide you on a 9 week journey of discovery. The end result of this program is setting you up to continue on your journey beyond the 9 weeks by progressing through five steps:
- Starting with a vision that’s both satisfying and that taps into your strengths, personality type, and mindset.
- Developing the mental skills you need to find a routine that pulls you into action on something daily that drives your progress.
- Tracking consecutive day streaks for completing the daily routine.
- Continuously extending the consecutive day streak while working towards transforming the vision from being personal to being about helping others or impacting a larger community.
- Staying consistent with daily action until the consecutive day streak becomes an effortless part of life and pursuing the vision is embedded in everything one does.

- Developing the team’s mental skills to find what those right things are based on the team vision, strengths and personality.
- Create a playbook with the routines the team will execute daily to shape the mindset that will enable the team to achieve their vision the right way.
